Tech is a competitive and difficult field, but it is also fast-paced and exciting. There are so many people in the industry doing fascinating, cutting-edge, thoughtful work that have challenged me to be uncomfortable and to be better. Don't be discouraged and always stay curious about how to do what you want to do; but do it better. Tech or non-tech. After all, "if you aren't underwater, how do you know how tall you are?"
