Cross-team communication, especially the ability to clearly explain complex projects, is essential for keeping teams aligned and showcasing your work. Wellesley provided the perfect environment to develop this skill across disciplines—working on technical projects and then presenting to classmates and professors built exactly the kind of communication muscle I needed before entering the industry.
