A valuable skill

Influencing- learned this skill early on in my career when I held Sales roles. Influencing is such an important skill in any job, whether you need to influence peers, your manager, or senior stakeholders. Influencing is a very important skillset in the DEI field because you are influencing people and systems to drive change & progress on very ambitious goals. Program management- learned this skill throughout my career at Google, it's such an important skill in any job to stay organized and on top of tasks and deadlines with different projects.
